I don't know about you, but I do.
In the midst of discouragement, I finally know that they're somebody who actually pay attention to your well-being, to your emotions, and most important, to your value.
Yes, it's true, if you can't walk properly, then don't try to be the world-record champion that you want to be badly and win the fucking olympic race, because you'll probably land on your effing delicate face and my, ain't that painful.
What more about flying? It does not happened that way.
An earthling must go through maybe countless times of trial and obstacles to make it, you need to be seasoned by all this things in order to know how to make it.
Take it one step at a time.
At least, quoted by my boss, never short-changed yourself.
No one will be an obstacle to high for you to overcome, my future is how I make of it.
These other people you thought that's gonna bring you down are only those that will get you there.
Why compare yourself with someone else on the criteria which you know your experience in life does not compare? Compare yourself with others on your strength, like your youth, your time, your drive, your passion.
It is only in the midst of difficulties, you mould yourself into a better person, be it in general or in career.
I have a good boss, and I'm thankful. What other people think about you does not matter, but the value that your boss sees in you does.
Strive for that person your boss think you are, that's how you repay them.
In these area, there's only two categories of people.
One your superior ala bosses, others enemies or passers-by in life that will get you to your intended destination. There's no ally, but your value and strength will be.
